Very fun atv trip! Me and my boyfriend were alone on the tour, Aum was very attentive and the booking with JJ through WhatsApp was easy and convenient. We also got a ride from and to the hotel for just a bit extra cash. We also went to the waterfall, which had "spa" fish, beware for those who have ticklish feet! The atv tours included varied jungle terrain, flat and slopes up and down. We also looked at other companies who offered atv trips, but im glad we landed on this one :-) Extra start for being able to do this tour with just us! I recommend going in the morning to avoid rainfall
I did some searching on the web of the surrounding area for an ATV trip and found Am and JJ. They have a small store in the middle of Khoa Lak town, their main office where my tour started from is about a 3 minute drive North from there. However Am collected me from the hotel. Small extra charge but was cheaper than a taxi and way quicker than walking the 3km from the hotel. It was just me on the tour and I simply wanted to get out on a quad! That sounds a bit lame when you consider the surroundings, but I’m a petrol head and needed some adrenaline! We set out for the hour from their base and initially headed into some grassland to the rear of their building. This was just to make sure I knew how to operate the quad before we headed into the forest. From crossing the main highway to returning back to the base it was a really good trip. Am takes things easy on the highways but once you’re off road there’s a little be more allowance to drive how you want to drive. There had been heavy rain the day before which led to some waterlogged tracks, mud, but the machines are more than capable of coping. He took me through fields, up into a huge sand quarry full of tracks, and finally back through lush green forest with rivers and the like. Great trip, even managed a couple of doughnuts!! If you like nature and love adventure at the same time, then this tour is perfect for individuals, couples or families. The tour guide Am and his sister JJ, who speaks wonderful German, are really great and friendly people. You go into the jungle or villages. You can also see a rubber tree plantation.
Great tour! Went in August during low season which was actually fantastic. ATVs are brand new. The water fall had many levels depending on how much you wanted to walk and refreshing pools. We drove through mud and puddles and overall had a great day 😁 just contacted on WhatsApp and booked same day
JJ and Aum were absolutely fantastic!! Right from the outset, communication was excellent by JJ on WhatsApp followed by Aum taking us on the ATV 1 hour session which was absolutely magically. Very easy and free flowing, great new ATV’s and also took photos and videos for us as well. The session was not rushed at all and to top it off, Aum also took us to the local market on the way back to hotel so we could grab some local awesome food.
